Validity and Currency

  • The prices are valid until September 30, 2025

  • All Prices are in Philippine Peso

  • Rates are subjected to change without prior notice

Terms of payment

  • For direct pre-booking guests the full payment has to be transferred to one of our accounts 30 days prior to arrival

  • Under certain circumstances a downpayment of 50% may be claimed

  • Onsite cash payments in different main currencies are accepted. The daily exchange rate will apply

  • Credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa) are possible (except for the fees)

Cancellation

In case of a cancellation or change the following cancellation costs will be charged

  • 15-30 days before arrival → 50% of all the offered services

  • 0-14 days before arrival / no show up → 100% of all the offered services

  • All associated costs and expenses for a refund are charged to the customer
